Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 September 2026 · Template, have a lawyer review before use.

Who we are

NoticeRight ("we", "us") provides a contract renewal and notice-deadline tracking service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It is a general template and not legal advice; have a qualified lawyer adapt it to your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

What we collect

Account details (name, company, work email, password), the contract information and documents you upload, the email addresses you nominate to receive alerts, billing metadata (such as card type and last four digits, handled by our payment processor), and basic usage and log data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: read contract dates, calculate notice deadlines, send reminders to the recipients you choose, process your subscription, and support your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Documents you upload

Uploaded contracts are stored so you can view them at renewal time. Only your account and our authorised operators can access them. You may delete a contract, which removes it from your active account.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment and email providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not share your contracts with other customers.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@noticeright.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; see our Security page for more.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date.
