Our approach
We build NoticeRight with security in mind and continually improve it. This page summarises our practices; it is not a warranty.
Data in transit
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.
Passwords
Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes; we never store them in plain text and cannot see them.
Access control
Access to your contracts and documents is restricted to your account and to authorised operators who need it to run the service.
Payments
Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We store only non-sensitive metadata such as card type and the last four digits.
Backups & availability
We take reasonable measures to keep data durable and the service available, though we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Reporting an issue
Found a vulnerability? Email security@noticeright.com and we will respond promptly. Please do not publicly disclose it before we have addressed it.
