Terms of Service

Last updated 10 September 2026 · Template, have a lawyer review before use.

Agreement

By creating an account or using NoticeRight you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a general template and not legal advice.

The service

NoticeRight helps you track contract renewal and notice deadlines and sends reminders. It is a productivity aid, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

No guarantee of outcomes

We work hard to deliver timely reminders, but we do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, received, or acted upon, and we are not responsible for missed deadlines, renewals, cancellations, or their financial consequences. You remain solely responsible for managing your contracts.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and dates you enter, for keeping your recipient list current, for the legality of documents you upload, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or use it to infringe others' rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeRight and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost savings, profits, or business, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Insert your governing law and venue here with legal advice.
